Sampson’s Story
Howdy! Sampson, the super senior here. Although they suspect I am up in years, I am a strong and active guy. My sight might be limited, but my spirit is not!
I was reported abandoned in a backyard after my person died. Kind of sad, huh? Georgia Jack Russell Rescue was able to get a local animal control involved to take me, and then brought me to the rescue ranch. (Just so you know, rescues can’t go directly to homes and get us. There’s red tape and stuff.)
It was obvious to them that I was well-loved as I am very people-focused and I love to be near the humans. I can see well enough to climb stairs and jump into laps! I am laid back and am not bothered by the house dogs at the rescue.
I was recently given a full veterinary workup, and I am up-to-date on my vaccinations. I am neutered and just had a dental.
What can I say, I deserve a soft landing place for my last years and will repay the love given to me.
